Shipping policy

Shipping Area
We currently ship only to valid street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Orders submitted with an unsupported destination may be canceled and refunded.
Free Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is free on all eligible orders. There is no minimum purchase amount. We do not currently offer expedited or express shipping.
Processing Time
Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Processing includes payment review, product preparation, packaging, and carrier handoff. Processing time is separate from transit time.
Estimated Delivery
After shipment, estimated delivery is 3-7 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier operations, severe weather, holidays, address problems, high-volume periods, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Carriers and Tracking
Orders may be shipped through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on the destination, package, and available service. When tracking is available, we will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking may require time to activate after carrier pickup.
Address Accuracy and Changes
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Address-change requests must be submitted to support@sculvorahome.com within 12 hours after the order is placed and before fulfillment begins. We will try to assist, but changes are not guaranteed once an order is processed or shipped.
Delivery Issues
If tracking shows unusual delay, damage, or delivery to an incorrect location, contact support@sculvorahome.com. If tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be found, first check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, building staff, and carrier notices, then contact us promptly. We will review available tracking and carrier information and help determine an appropriate next step.
Multiple Shipments
Items in one order may occasionally ship separately. When this occurs, you may receive more than one tracking number and packages may arrive on different days at no additional standard shipping charge.
