Accepted Payment Methods
Depending on availability at checkout, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Only payment methods displayed at checkout are available for a particular transaction.
Payment Timing
The full order amount is charged when the order is placed. An order may remain subject to payment authorization, fraud screening, inventory verification, and acceptance.
Currency and Taxes
Prices and charges are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery information. Product prices do not include sales tax unless expressly stated.
Payment Security
Payments are processed through Shopify and authorized third-party payment providers. We do not ordinarily receive or store full payment card numbers. Payment providers may apply their own terms, verification procedures, and privacy notices.
Authorization Problems
A payment may be declined because of incorrect billing information, insufficient funds, issuer controls, security screening, or technical issues. Verify the billing details or contact the payment provider. We cannot override a card issuer's decision.
Refunds and Chargebacks
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so we can investigate. Filing an unsupported chargeback may delay resolution. Nothing in this section limits rights available under applicable law or payment-network rules.
